One Planet Leaders Programme In Africa

1st July 2013
The programme aims at bringing together leaders in government, business, industry and civil society into a collaborative learn- ing space that:

• Enables interaction and deliberation around diverse and contextualised perspectives on sustainability within a framework of systems thinking;

• Explores relational and transformational leadership capabilities within processes of change;

• Develops collective responses for application in respective institutional and social contexts.

Adapted from the offering by WWF International in collaboration with IMD in Switzerland, this Executive Education Programme has been con- textualised to the development context of Africa with its associate sustainability challenges. It is underpinned by an understanding that sustain- ability should be all of our concern, regardless of context and that responses must be innovatively crafted through collaboration and engagement across multiple and diverse contexts.
