The number of sellers is limited to ten, while the number of visitors is limited to approximately 40 in each location. “This is done to optimally divide the available time, so that every seller gets to meet and present his or her product to every visitor.  More sellers would mean less time per time slot and more visitors would mean too many visitors per table during each time slot,” said Graaff.

“Our method has, over the last ten years of doing this road show, proven itself to be a highly successful and cost-effective way of meeting top-quality visitors in each market, affording sellers the opportunity to establish a client database from where they can focus their marketing and sales efforts to grow and maintain it,” he continued.

He said SW Africa Destination Management would invite carefully selected representatives from relevant Wholesale Tour Operators, Conference and Incentive buyers, Golf Tour Operators and Travel Agents, in each of the five cities visited.

Oct 28 – Hilton, Warsaw, Poland

Oct 29 – Scandic Triangeln, Malmö, Sweden

Oct 30 – Scandic Sergel Plaza, Stockholm, Sweden

Oct 31 – Scandic Marski, Helsinki, Finland

Nov 1 – Radisson Blu Ridzene, Riga, Latvia
